UNWOMEN

United Nations entity dedicated to gender equality and the empowerment of women. IUnited Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UNWOMEN) is a United Nations council dedicated to encourage and support women in any possible sector or agenda.

Representing women in male dominated sector is a highly encouraged move, by the UNWOMEN. Sectors which requires a muscle mass and a plain force has always been considered exclusive for the women who are willing to have a role in that sector. These sectors can include any kind of Engineering work or Management. Assuming a person can not accomplish a work because of preconceptions is an extreme level of bigotry. This issue may not be a complete problem if it manages to stay as a miscomseption but as we see in our world even on these days it does not stay as a prejudice. That prejudice becomes the women's worst nightmare that prevents them from accomplishing their dreams and running to their goals. In this conference delegates are expected to find solutions to this problem which every women has either faced this issue directly or knows someone who faced this situation.

Ending the social taboos which are prohibiting women to have a independent life of their own, legistating certain laws which have strict lines for the distinction of male and female workers inside of work space and preventing gender based bullying and violence inside of work space.
